Trash company, union to resume talks Sunday
OAKLAND -- After a marathon negotiation session Thursday, the East Bay garbage dispute may be coming to and end -- possibly this weekend. Waste Management of Alameda County and its union drivers -- along with a federal mediator and Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums -- met for nearly eight hours
