Looking for a job needn't be revelation

Q. I work as an accountant for a small firm. Recently, a member of our support staff quit after working a little over a month. She had told other employees at the firm she was looking for a new job. But she didn't tell me. I heard about her job hunt secondhand and didn't give it much thought. Well, one of the partners says I should have. He said that since I have been here for more than 10 years
