Jail construction to resume
Huntsville has found a contractor willing to complete the problem-plagued city/county jail. The city Public Building Authority on Wednesday issued Lee Builders Inc. of Huntsville a "letter of intent" to hire the contractor to resume construction on the eight-story jail
