Devil's Slide to open Aug. 4, though work to continue into September
Devil's Slide will open to traffic Aug. 4, Caltrans announced Thursday. Repair work will continue through September but the bulk of the job will be complete, allowing thousands of Coastside commuters to resume their usual route
