DVA: Arena deal in works: Company says that halted construction will resume in fall
For nearly a year and a half, DVA Sports officials have promised ticketholders, contractors and even their own employees that the company's $70 million arena project will come to fruition. A company spokeswoman on Tuesday said a deal is in the works to sell DVA by the end of June and that construction on the stalled arena will resume this
