Beware The Video Resume
Can a shining personality trump lackluster qualifications? A handful of young job seekers are hoping so - and starring in video versions of their resumes that they post online. Websites like Workblast.com are selling video resume storage space, assuring recent grads (experienced folk so far have ignored the practice) that they'll stand out from the paper
