Rich declines offer to lead Forsyth

The Forsyth County Commission is having to resume its search for a new county manager. Sammy Rich, the commission's top pick for the job, has decided to change jobs but stay in Rome, where he's been assistant county manager for Floyd County since 2002. He turned down Forsyth County and $120,000 a year, to become assistant city manager in Rome at the end
